PAYMENT METHODS

We use Klarna Checkout for all transactions. They take care of everything, so you are in good hands. They have secure checkout and payments, head to Klarna.com for more information.

Available payments methods:

  • Klarna invoices or installments (conditions apply)

DELIVERY METHODS

We use Posti for shipping and will try to ship orders the same day they are placed, but no later than a few business days from ordering. Posti should send a notification once our order has arrived or is ready for pickup.

We will strive to remove notify of out of stock products in the online store, but if any of the products you ordered are out of stock, we will notify you ASAP.

The aim is to run the KX Store business with fairness and good customer service, and we expect the same from our customers.

SHIPPING COSTS

7.90€ (inc. 24% alv.).

We have a flat rate for all orders at the moment. Add possible delivery requests into the comment field on checkout.

SALES AREA

We currently ship within Finland only. Really want KX Gear but are living outside Finland, don’t worry we got you covered. Send us an email to arrange your purchase: shop@kovaexpedition.com.

RETURN OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECTLY SIZED PRODUCT

We have a free return policy. If you want to return the product, please contact: shop@kovaexpedition.com

The complaint period from picking up the product is 14 days. You can best reach us by email at shop@kovaexpedition.com. If you get a defective product we will replace it with the same or similar one. If the same product is out of stock or no longer available, an exchange will be agreed upon with the retailer separately.

The returned or exchanged product must be unused and in the condition in which the packaging is sold

Once the return has been agreed to with the merchant, include your name and address as well as the possible reason for the return (i.e. broken product, wrong size, etc.). We will reimburse the cost of the return as soon as possible, but no later than 20 days after the package arrives to us. If for any reason you have not received your money during this time, please contact us at: shop@kovaexpedition.com.

Shipments broken during delivery

Unfortunately, despite careful packaging, Posti is not always able to deliver packages intact. For this reason, it is a good idea to check the condition of the package and any damage to the package when picking up the shipment. If the shipment is damaged during transport, report the damage IMMEDIATELY to us and your local post office. All orders have a right of return in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Force majeure

The liability of KX Store / Kova Industries is limited to the product itself. We do not respond to the so-called delays caused by force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).

Promotional products

Promotional products have no right of return or exchange.
